INDIANA, USA — Keep the umbrella and rain gear handy this week. There are several rain chances in the forecast. If you need some dry time on Tuesday, there will be some early in the day before steadier and heavier rain arrives by midday. We are not expecting severe weather but the rain will be heavy at times and some rumbles of thunder are possible.
A lingering shower is in the forecast for early Wednesday but most of the day will be dry with some clearing and highs near 70.
We warm back into the middle and upper 70s on Thursday and Friday as we look ahead to another weather system. This will bring rain and storm chances back to central Indiana later Thursday into Friday.
The weekend looks dry and warm with highs in the lower 80s.
